  1. Alpine White E90 M3: Back to Basics

A lot of you will agree with us when we say that the E9X M3, even in its 100% stock form, is one of the best cars BMW ever made. However great this car is straight from the factory, there are still hundreds of ways, ranging from mild to wild, to personalize it, modify it and increase its performance. This particular Alpine White M3 ZCP came to us to get just a few of the basic modifications performed. For the exterior of this E90, we swapped the chrome kidney grilles with BMW's gloss black replacements and installed a pair of iND's painted reflectors. We also pushed the wheels out by 15mm in the front and 12mm rear with two sets of Macht Schnell competition wheel spacers. Under the hood, we installed Macht Schnell's S65B40 high performance air filter for a bit of extra horsepower. Inside, Pedal Haus extended billet DCT shifter paddles, finished in black anodizing with blue painted inserts, gives this cabin some additional color and functionality. While each of these items occupy the basic end of the modification spectrum, they all work together to create a subtle and beautiful M3 sedan.

  2. Black ARC-8 Wheels on a Black M3 Sedan

A new set of wheels and tires does a lot to change the look and handling of a stock M3. This Jet Black sedan came to us wanting to replace its OEM ZCP wheel & tire set-up with a lighter, stickier and more aggressive set-up. To achieve this we installed an 18"x10.0" square set of APEX ARC-8 wheels wrapped in 275/35/18 Dunlop Direzza ZII tires, giving this E90 both its wide stance and improved grip. Because these flow-formed APEX ARC-8s weigh in at only 19.95lbs each, almost 6lbs less than the ZCPs, they are easily one of the most popular track wheels that we sell. Take a look below at what a set of these CSL inspired wheels does to an otherwise stock M3.

  3. Monte Carlo Blue F30 Lowered on KW V1s

This Monte Carlo Blue 328i M-Sport came to our facility for a suspension system upgrade. Previously running on a set of lowering springs, the owner of this F30 wanted to lower the car even further. To accomplish this, we installed a st of KW V1 coilovers. The V1s features factory preset dampening settings, yet they allow for independent height adjustments. With the coilovers installed, we were able to dial in the desired ride height and give this F30 its aggressive and sporty stance.

  5. CAE Ultra Shifter Installed in E46 M3 Race Car

This E46 M3 is no stranger to our shop; we've previously fitted a supercharger system, installed carbon fiber aerodynamic components and a performed a bunch of other work on this extreme track car. During its most recent visit, we had the opportunity to install the awesome CAE Ultra Shifter. Machined entirely from billet aluminum, the CAE Ultra Shifter is designed to deliver super-precise shifts and extremely short throws. The increased height of the unit raises the shift knob to the same level as the steering wheel, which allows for even quicker shift times and compliments the rest of the race-car-like interior.

  6. Black Eisenmann Sport Exhaust Installed on Alpine White M5

One of the most popular modifications for the F10 M5 is an aftermarket exhaust system. Longing for a sporty exhaust note that doesn't rely on the car's speakers, the owner of this Alpine White M5 opted for the Eisenmann "Sport" slip-on exhaust. Unlike the more aggressive "Race" version of this exhaust, the "Sport" system retains the valvetronic functionality. This allows for a louder exhaust note for when you want it, and a quieter one for when you don't. On this particular exhaust, the quad 102mm tips have been thermal coated in matte black in order to compliment the matte black painted OEM wheels. Like many other M5s we see, iND provided the finishing touches on this car with their painted trunk badge and painted front reflectors.

  7. Riveria Blue Rauh-Welt Begriff 993 911

Rauh-Welt Begriff is a Japanese tuning company that builds widebody Porsches. This awesome Riveria Blue 993 is one of them. Of all the cars we've seen at our shop, plenty of them have been more powerful, some have been more expensive and most are a lot newer, but we're really not sure if any of them have been quite as cool as this one... Enjoy.

  8. Alpine White Arkym F30

The F30 3-Series M-Sport looks great in its stock form, but it really looks fantastic with some carbon fiber exterior components. Featuring the full Akrym AeroSport line-up, which includes the front lip spoiler, side skirts and rear diffuser, this Alpine White 335i exudes sporty styling. A BMW Performance trunk spoiler adds some additional carbon fiber and helps to balance the car out. KW V3 coilovers and 19" VMR V702 wheels provide the aggressive stance and increased handling performance that a beautiful F30 like this deserves.

  9. Yas Marina Blue F10 M5 by iND

Whenever our friends from iND pay us a visit, we just know we're in for a real treat. The day before Bimmerfest, the guys from Chicago dropped by our facility with this absolutely stunning Yas Marina Blue F10 M5. We've actually had this M5 at our shop last year, but you definitely wouldn't recognize it now. Instead of a hardcore track-prepped car that featured racing seats and a roll bar, this F10 is now focused on the street. Cosmetic changes include a Yas Marina Blue paint job, two-tone pin striping, a full LCI conversion, BBS LM wheels, painted OEM brake calipers and a black thermal coated Eisenmann exhaust system. The 3D Design carbon fiber side skirts, rear diffuser and front lip spoiler remain unchanged. Inside you'll find the stock interior decorated with an Alcantara steering wheel, carbon fiber trim (complete with a Yas Marina track outline), billet aluminum pedals and custom colored floor mats. This M5 also gained some ponies since the last time we saw it, as it is now fitted with an AMS turbo upgrade and AMS catless downpipes. This M5 was the center piece of iND's Bimmerfest booth this year, but in case you missed it then take a break and check out these photos. Enjoy.
