With the release of the new BMW M2, enthusiasts are unsure of what the car is really capable of. Sure, there are videos out there comparing the car to the M4 like on Motortrend’s YouTube channel, but there is no comparison between watching a video and actually driving the car. Recently we had a build come to EAS that just might be equal if not better than the M2!

From a suspension standpoint, BMW M suspension is a quite advanced system that performs well, however compared to Motion Control Suspension with Ground Control Camber Plates like this M235i is equipped with, handling performance becomes incomparable. The M235i does fall short on the power side of things compared to the M2s stunning 350 whp though, but it does make up some of the gap with a Dinan Carbon Fiber Air Intake and Exhaust as well as weight reduction. This car only has one seat! With the stiffness provided by the suspension and custom roll cage, there is no doubt that this M235i can nail a good lap time, especially considering its wearing Apex ARC-8 Wheels with Bridgestone Potenza RE-Z1R Tires in a box setup of 265/35 R18.
