2020 Individual San Marino Blue F87 M2 Competition - Eisenmann Exhaust

Ordering an M2 Competition in an Indvidual color isn't a cheap option for many, as it costs $25,000 for the privilege! The owner of this Individual San Marino Blue M2C certainly went for what they wanted to say the least. This blue beauty was in for its first round of mods which included an Eisenmann exhaust system. Eisenmann’s system is available as a rear section or complete exhaust system, enabling M2 Competition owners to choose their sound level in stages. The complete system will include everything from the exhaust tips to the BMW downpipes, allowing for a bolt-on solution for easy installation and an aggressive sound. Improved flow capacity gives the exhaust system sufficient overhead for future modifications, removing any restriction in the system and enabling the S55 power plant to make even more power.

  2. Hockenheim Silver F87 M2 Competition - Akrapovic Evolution Titanium Exhaust System

Hockenheim Silver F87 M2 Competition - Akrapovic Evolution Titanium Exhaust System

BMW's newest addition the M lineup now has a quality, lightweight exhaust option from Akrapovic! Made from titanium – with some parts cast in Akrapovic's own foundry – this system will reduce exhaust system's weight by over 45% and deliver extra power and lower back pressure. The sound has also been enhanced by Akrapovic's engineers, delivering a true sporty tone, especially in the middle and upper RPM range but without any droning. Carbon-fibre tailpipes give an added look to the rear of the M2 Competition to display its sporting potential.

Performance can be further increased with the addition of optional Evolution link pipe set, like this car's owner opted for. With this shiny new exhaust system, this M2C ought to announce its presence in a bold way!

  3. Long Beach Blue F87 M2 - Akrapvoic, Titan7 & Vorsteiner

    Long Beach Blue F87 M2 - Akrapvoic, Titan7 & Vorsteiner

Titan7 wheels are becoming a popular wheel choice among our customers, especially those who track their cars. These wheels feature a durable, forged construction at a reasonable price tag. Perfect for the budget-minded track enthusiast who needs a durable wheel that can withstand racetrack curbs. This stunning Long Beach Blue M2 is showing off a 18'' set of T-S5s finished in Machine Black, giving the car great color coordination with the blacked-out and carbon trim.

Along with the Akrapovic Evolution Titanium Exhaust System, and carbon-fiber Akrapovic and Vorsteiner Aero parts, this M2 looks and sounds mean. It would look just as good slicing through the corners as it does parked at a weekend show. We would suggest a good set of brakes and/or coilovers next for this blue beast...

2019 Hockenheim Silver Metallic F87 M2 Competition - IND, AutoTecknic

The first things many of our customers to do their car are subtle and tasteful modifications. A simple kidney grille or reflector swap is more often than not the first things that a BMW enthusiast does to their car. This beautiful Hockenheim Silver M2C rolled into our shop soon after it drove off the dealer lot. Color-matched front reflectors and sportier rear reflector replacments were the first mods for the exterior. On the inside, Autotecknic extended shifter paddles went on the steering wheel.

  5. 2019 Long Beach Blue F87 M2 Competition - Dyno

    2019 Long Beach Blue F87 M2 Competition - Dyno

The standard M2 is already a great performance car. But when one throws in the S55 from the F8x M3/M4, the result is the fire-breathing M2 Competition. After putting one on our dyno, we found out that the M2C is about ~20whp shy of M3/M4 numbers, likely through factory de-tuning. We'll see what numbers we can reach once tuned as well as compare other M2Cs as they come through the doors. This particular M2C also received an alcantara-wrapped BMW M Performance Steering Wheel.

Long Beach Blue Pearl F87 M2 - BMC, KW Suspension, VR Speed Factory

When a driver modifies their suspension for the first time, more likely than not, they will opt for simple lowering springs. That's a perfectly sensible solution for the average driver. The more enthused drivers opt for complete coilover systems. Such systems offer way more points of adjustability and more potential than just springs but are also considerably more expensive. KW's HAS Sleeve-Over kit is a great compromise between the two extremes as it allows you to height-adjust each corner individually. This M2 was on just lowering springs before but came by to upgrade to the HAS kit.

  7. 2017 Long Beach Blue F87 M2 - RKP Carbon Fiber Roof

2017 Long Beach Blue F87 M2 - RKP Carbon Fiber Roof

Ever since the E46 M3 CSL, carbon fiber roof panels have been available on the M3 and ultimately have helped defined the M3 and M4. Carbon fiber roofs help keep the center of gravity lower, improving handling, all while making cars look plain cooler. For M2 drivers who desire an off-the-shelf option, RKP Composites offers a high quality option. This M2 was our latest customer to purchase RKP's Carbon Fiber Roof Panel. The carbon roof really tied up this build as it already had Brembo GT Brakes and BBS FI-Rs installed. This Long Beach Blue beast is sure to inspire other M2 owners while parked at a weekend show or while hot-lapping around Buttonwillow.
