  1. S54 Powered E36 M3 on the Dyno

    As an M3 enthusiast, if you saw this particular E36 on the street, you'd probably be impressed with the condition it's in. After all, this M3 is pushing 18 years and yet it still has its glossy black paint, a clean interior and its original 17" wheels. However, nothing about this car would lead you to believe that it's hiding something special under its hood: an S54 power plant. Taken from an E46 M3, the high-revving 3.2L engine and 6-speed manual transmission have been seamlessly transplanted into this E36 for a huge increase in performance. On the dyno, this car proved it by recording a healthy 293whp, which is substantially more than the 240 crank hp of the original S50 engine! After the dyno session we had the opportunity to corner balance this M3, dialing in a perfect 50/50 weight distribution.

  2. Supercharged TiAg E46 M3 on 57 Motorsport Wheels

    If angular, concave wheels are your thing, then the 57 Motorsport G07EX wheels by Rays Engineering are probably right up your alley. This Titanium Silver E46 M3 features a super aggressive set finished in Matte Black for an extremely low and wide stance. The open face spoke pattern shows off the bright red Brembo brakes that lurk behind. This car also combines plenty of "go" with the "show", as it is equipped with a VF Engineering VF570 supercharger system under the hood.

    This Silver Gray M3 is a great example of a clean and classic E46. Featuring the complete line of Vorsteiner V-CSL exterior components, this M3 perfectly mimics the elusive and highly coveted M3 CSL.   5. Supersprint Exhaust Installed on Silverstone M5

    We recently had the opportunity of installing the first Supersprint exhaust for F10 M5 in the country. These street mufflers are made out of stainless steel and feature quad 100mm slanted tips for a more aggressive look. While not quite as loud as other aftermarket systems, the Supersprint features a deep, bassy tone for a more muscular presence.   6. LeMans Blue E46 M3 on HREs

    This LeMans Blue E46 M3 remains subtle even though it features has a list of high-end modifications. The polished aluminum HRE C97 wheels match the OEM chrome kidney grills and fender grills nicely. Rather than opting for yellow or red, the large Brembo calipers are silver. The Supersprint exhaust gives this M3 a new sound, but the stock diffuser remains. Bilstein coilovers give this E46 its sporty stance and ride. The end result is a clean and elegant M3 that doesn't beg for attention, yet still gets it wherever there are enthusiasts who know what they are looking at.

  7. Kaiv's E92 M3 Puts Down 413whp On Our Dyno

    Equipped with the complete list of Macht Schnell bolt-on modifications and a tune, Kaiv's Alpine White E92 was able to set the record for the most powerful naturally aspirated M3 ever strapped to our dyno. We've seen a few M3's barely break the 400whp mark before, but this M3 put down an impressive 413whp! All this power doesn't go to waste though; as an avid track day attender this M3 is pushed to it's limits on a regular basis.

    Today we had the pleasure of seeing this show room condition 2001 Laguna Seca Blue E46 M3 with under 40,000 miles. The now discontinued HRE 840R 3-piece wheels and a Supersprint exhaust system make this an exceptionally clean and elegant example of the M3. Enjoy!
