BMW has been known to give some of their cars and/or paint jobs special names, specifically after racetracks or events. For example, Laguna Seca Blue, Lime Rock Park, Dakar Yellow, Estoril Blue, Le Mans Blue, Imola Red, Montreal Blue, Valencia Orange, and Yas Marina Blue. There are many more BMW colors and editions that are named after where automotive history takes place but come the X5M and we get introduced to the stunning Donington Grey Metallic. Named after the Donington Park Circuit in Castle Donington, England the X5M clearly packs the same blood as its other M brothers.

Housing a 4.4 liter V8 that puts out 567hp and 553 lb-ft of torque, this makes the X5M the most powerful engine ever developed for an all-wheel drive BMW. Can your SUV do 0-60 in 4 seconds? Yes? Well can it be thrown around a track like an M car? Didn’t think so. Relabeled as a Sport Activity Vehicle, the X5M has a newly improved double-wishbone front suspension and a self-leveling anti-roll rear suspension. Get rid of all the chrome trim and replace them with black painted parts from iND and the Donington Grey Metallic X5M becomes an even meaner looking machine. This F85 looks matte. That is because the entire exterior has been wrapped with a matte clear bra by Sticker City.
