NRW Design - S58 Billet Multi Baffled Oil Cap - BMW G8X M2/M3/M4

The NRW Design S58 Billet Multi-Baffled Oil Cap is available with an optional -10AN swivel fitting — is the next evolution of our popular S65 billet oil cap and a natural progression for higher-performance S58 builds.

This slim, sleek, and stylish cap is far more than just a cosmetic upgrade over the OEM plastic cap. It provides functional crankcase ventilation options for higher power cars that commonly experience positive crankcase pressure under boost.

With this cap, you can:

• Run a breather filter directly from the valve cover
• Add the optional -10AN swivel fitting to route crankcase gases to a catch can system

Multi-Baffled Internal Design

Unlike simple vented caps, this oil cap features a multi-chamber, multi-ported internal baffling system that helps trap and separate oil vapor while still allowing excess gases to escape.

This internal porting acts as a first stage of oil filtration before gases are routed to a catch can or breather, helping to:

• Reduce oil mist exiting the valve cover
• Minimize oil residue in the engine bay and on the hood
• Improve overall effectiveness of downstream catch can systems

Fitment & Construction

Machined in-house from 6061-T6 billet aluminum, this oil cap is designed specifically for the BMW S58 engine only and will fit the factory S58 valve cover, or NRW Design billet S58 valve cover. Due to tight factory tolerances, this cap does not fit B58 engines and is not compatible with B58 valve covers.
