Payment through Credit Card
eas accepts the following Credit Cards - Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We do not accept American Express (AMEX). There is no charge for Debit Card usage on any website owned by eas. All credit cards are verified via Authorize.net payment gateway prior to processing order for shipment.
Payment through PayPal
PayPal is an independent agency offering an alternative payment option, for safe online transactions. For online purchases, the customer will be redirected to the PayPal website, where she/he can use this ID. At the PayPal site, the secure transaction takes place. After the PayPal transaction is complete, the customer will then receive an invoice via e-mail, providing transaction details. eas takes the utmost care in keeping all customer information confidential. All details disclosed in the order process are used solely for the purpose of the specific transaction. Orders over $750 will require signature upon delivery.
Orders cancelled using PayPal as a form of payment are subject to a 2.9% processing/transaction fee, which is not refundable. If you do not agree with this, we highly urge you use a different form of payment.
Payment through QuadPay

Payment through Zelle

An ACH transfer is the electronic movement of money between banks through the Automated Clearing House network, one of the biggest U.S. payment systems. The types of transfers include external funds transfers, person-to-person payments, bill payments and direct deposits from employers and government benefit programs. (Business-to-business payments are another one.). Customers must reside in the US to use ACH transfer.
For orders outside the US, a wire transfer is required. A wire transfer is an electronic transfer of funds via a network that is administered by hundreds of banks and transfer service agencies around the world. The transfer can also be made in cash at a cash office. Wire transfers allow for the individualized transmission of funds from single individuals or entities to others while still maintaining the efficiencies associated with the fast and secure movement of money. By using a wire transfer, people in different geographic locations can safely transfer money to locales and financial institutions around the globe.

Military receives free shipping! (USPS Standard Shipping). When placing an order for APO/FPO address, please enter the appropriate term (APO or FPO) in the 'city' field and then choose the appropriate two-letter code in the 'state' field. All APO/FPO orders are shipped via postal service USPS.
All APO-AE customers please note although the US Postal Service claims packages should arrive within 3-10 business days from the shipment date. eas has been experiencing shipment delivery in the range of 4-6 weeks for APO-AE orders. As we have no control over this please take this fact into consideration before placing your order with us.
Please note that Trade agreements vary between Canada and international countries. For this reason, duties and taxes applicable on the importation of any of eas product(s) are the full responsibility of the customer. International Orders are non-returnable.
Order cancellations will be entertained only if the goods have not been shipped, excluding "special order" items. A refund will be issued only after deduction of $5.00 or 5% of total order value (whichever is higher) towards banking expenses.
If you need to return an item, please contact us prior to doing so. If conditions for product return as stated below are met, we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number that must be marked on your return package. Customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges on all returned items. Please note that all returns are subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee.
eas values its customers and ensures that all refunds and replacements are handled within 30 business days from receipt. Requests for exchanges/replacements/refunds to the following address must be accompanied with a with a completed Return Authorization Form or they will be refused upon arrival. For questions regarding returns/exchanges policy for international orders, please email or call customer service. With the exception of returns caused by our error, shipping costs both to and from the customer for returned items will be the customer's responsibility.
Any warranties on products sold by eas are those made by the manufacturer. Customer understands that any and all warranties are voided if any product defect has been caused in part or whole by negligence, improper installation, lack of proper maintenance, abuse, misuse, accident, floor or fire. Customer also understands that there is no warranty whatsoever, express or implied, on any parts used for competition, track events, racing or purposes other than which they were intended.
Customer understands that there is no warranty on electrical parts or parts used on a racetrack. Customer agrees to notify eas immediately upon discovery of any product defect. Customer understands that defective items must be returned for replacement in accordance with eas return policy and at Customer expense. eas will replace all defective items that meet return or replacement requirements. Customer understands that eas will not be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages or for loss, inconvenience, damage or expense directly or indirectly arising from the use (or inability to use) or a third party unauthorized use, of any product or its components, either separately or in combination with other equipment, or for commercial loss of any kind, regardless whether eas had been advised of such possibility.
eas makes no representation whatsoever that installation and or use of parts purchased from eas will not have a negative effect on any warranty that may exist on Customer’s vehicle. Customer understands that he assumes all liability and risk associated with the use of products sold by eas.
eas has a 30-day exchange policy from the date of shipment for defective/damaged merchandise:
- Merchandise to be exchanged must be sent back with original packing. Boxes, manuals, and warranty information (if any) must be intact.
- A completed Return Slip must accompany the merchandise.
- Please state reason for exchange/replacement on the Return Slip so that we may serve you better.
- Customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges on all returned items.
- The exchanged/replaced product will be shipped FREE through FedEx/UPS Ground mode.
eas has a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of shipment subject to the following:
- The Customer must contact eas via email within 30 days of order shipment to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Returns must unused/uninstalled and be 100% complete with all parts in original packing and in condition. Boxes, manuals and warranty information (if any) must be intact.
- A completed Return Merchandise Authorization Form (RMA) must accompany the merchandise.
- Your RMA number must be written on the OUTSIDE of the box, next to your shipping label. This is very important as returns without an RMA number will be refused.
- The Customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges on all returned items.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable and shall be deducted when issuing the refund.
- Closeout/Clearance items, unless otherwise stated, are sold "as is" and do not qualify for product returns/exchanges for any reason, including non-compatibility or defective products.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases.
- Damaged shipments: the customer is responsible for reporting the damage claim to the shipping company. Please contact us to notify us of the situation.
Electrical parts/modules, Wheels/Tires that have been mounted and Special order items or items that have been installed/used are non-returnable.
eas will periodically offer discontinued or remaining inventory on "Closeout". Closeout items, unless otherwise stated, are sold "as is" and do not qualify for product returns/exchanges for any reason including incorrect orders, non-compatibility or defective products. Customer is fully aware of all risks involved before purchasing.
Many parts sold by eas are intended for off-road use only and may not be legal for street use. eas makes no representation with respect to the legality for street use of any parts sold or their ability to pass emissions tests in any State. The customer understands that it is his/her sole responsibility to determine applicability of local, State and Federal laws and compliance with them prior to using purchased parts on any vehicle driven on the street. eas makes no representation whatsoever that installation and/or use of parts purchased from eas will not have a negative effect on any warranty that may exist on customer's vehicle. Customer understands that he assumes all liability and risk associated with the use of products purchased from eas.
Special orders are non-returnable or cancellable after payment has been made or the corresponding order is placed with our vendor. We will do our best to accommodate special order changes (eg. color, finish, offset, etc.) when requested in a timely matter. The ability to change special orders will be left solely to the discretion of our vendors and manufacturers. Special order items include but are not limited to the following:
- Carbon Fiber items
- Big Brake Packages
- Suspension systems & camber plates
- Exhaust Systems
- All Wheel & Tire Packages or wheel sets in custom colors
- Any parts ordered by color
- Any other items otherwise indicated on a product page listed as a special order item

For any shipments that are refused, you will be automatically charged $25 or a 20% restocking fee, whichever is greater to cover costs associated with processing, inspecting and restocking your order and return.
