The M4 CSL is the latest in the long-storied BMW CSL nameplate. The 3.0 CSL and E46 M3 CSL were characterized by being more powerful and lighter than their standard counterparts. The same can be said for the G82 M4 CSL. The M4 CSL is rated at 543 HP (vs 476 HP in the standard M4) and is 200 lbs lighter than the standard G82 M4 Competition.
Like the E46 M3 CSL, a carbon fiber front splitter and a trunklid with an integrated ducktail rear spoiler further indicates that this M4 is a special one.
