The Fi Exhaust F8X M3/M4 Valvetronic Signature Titanium system is a direct replacement bolt-on system developed out of an ultra-lightweight titanium material that on average reduces weight by 46% compared to stainless steel while retaining strength to weight ratio.
To achieve these incredible weight savings even the tiniest component of the system, e.g., valves, clamps, screws are made out of titanium. Pipe walls are 1.6mm thick, which is 0.6mm thicker than other aftermarket exhaust options. The thickness improves exhaust sound frequency, increases durability and product lifespan. The extra weight is not significantly detrimental to performance. However, it increases safety for the drivers.
Pipes are also polished outside and inside to achieve aesthetic and performance benefits. The polishing process further finishes the titanium metal surface to remove imperfections such as nicks or scratches and improves exhaust gas flow and quality of the exhaust sound note.
Valvetronic Mode The titanium exhaust for BMW G8X M3/M4 is designed with Valvetronic technology to control airflow, sound volume and enhance the overall performance and torque. When valves are closed exhaust gasses are routed through the muffler resulting in a low-profile comfortable drive. However, when the valves are fully open an intense and exotic soundtrack is produced.
The unique sound and performance for BMW G8X M3/M4 is achieved through individually designed muffler internals that are fabricated to offer an ultimate driving experience.

Silver: The silver color tips are standard and are included with the Valvetronic Catback purchase. Each tip is engraved with Fi Exhaust logo.
Titanium Blue: Titanium blue tips are heat colored to achieve a beautiful color transition from silver to blue and purple color combination.
Diamond Black: After electroplating and double polishing process a shiny and glossy color surface is achieved on diamond black tips. Each tip is engraved with Fi Exhaust logo.
Gold: After electroplating and double polishing process a shiny and gold color surface is achieved on gold tips. Each tip is engraved with Fi Exhaust logo.
Carbon Fiber: Made out of high-grade carbon fiber that can withstand high temperatures, the inserts come standard in silver. However, inserts can be customized in other colors like gold and black. Fi Exhaust logo engraving is available in many color variations like red and black, gold or black to match with the insert color.
