NRW Design - Booster Pump DIY Kit - BMW G8X M2/M3/M4

Introducing the NRW Design DIY Booster Pump Kit, designed and manufactured in-house at NRW Design. This kit allows you to add a Walbro in-tank fuel pump to support port injection or to increase fuel supply to the factory direct injection system under boost — giving you a flexible and cost-effective fueling solution.

The base kit includes a Walbro pump mounting bracket with hanger, designed to mount directly to the factory fuel pump basket. The hanger is secured using the two included stainless steel rivets, after which the bracket simply drops into position and is locked in place using the two upper mounting screws, firmly securing it to the factory basket.

You can choose between 5/16 (7.89mm) or 3/8” Walbro quick-disconnect fittings, and the kit includes the corresponding in-tank fuel hose with quick-disconnect ends for a clean, OEM-style connection.

As an optional add-on, you may select the Walbro fuel pump of your choice to complete the setup.

To finish the system, all that’s required is a simple wiring harness from your local speed shop and the appropriate bulkhead fittings for your specific fuel system configuration. This gives you full control to design a fueling solution tailored to your build — using readily available components - at a fraction of the cost of most complete off-the-shelf kits on the market.
