NRW Design - S58 Water Pump Adapters - BMW M2/M3/M4

NRW Design set out to provide a better alternative to the factory plastic S58 water pump adapters. Over the past few years, we’ve seen that when these adapters crack or break, the only OEM repair option is to replace the entire water pump — often costing $500–$600 — only to receive the same plastic adapters again.

To solve this, NRW Design developed small and large billet replacement adapters that are a direct 1:1 replacement of the OEM pieces, but made from 6061-T6 aluminum for vastly improved strength and durability.

These adapters are true plug-and-play, install directly into the factory water pump, and include Viton O-rings for proper sealing. They offer a simple, inexpensive solution to what would otherwise be a costly full water pump replacement due to broken or failed plastic adapters.

Note: We recommend lightly lubricating the aluminum adapters before installing them into the rubber hoses to allow easier fitment and prevent damage to the hose during installation.
