NRW Design - S65 Billet Fuel Rail System - BMW E9X M3

This is a direct plug-and-play replacement for the factory fuel rails and permanently solves one of the most common age-related issues on the S65: leaks at the non-serviceable OEM cross-over hose.

Machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum and finished in a durable anodized coating, these rails are built for longevity, reliability, and let’s be honest - they look damn good under the hood.

The system uses Racetronix AN fittings and Radium EFI hoses rated for all fuel types, including E85, providing modern, serviceable connections throughout. Using ORB/AN ports on both ends of each rail, you can run the included closed-loop configuration, or easily convert to a return-style fuel system by adding standard ORB-to-AN fittings and plumbing a return line to the tank or fuel pressure regulator.

We’ve also incorporated a 1/8" NPT female port directly in the rail for those who want to run an analog fuel pressure gauge or an AIM fuel pressure sensor for standalone engine management - allowing you to monitor fuel pressure right at the rail for the most accurate data and injector tuning.

Each kit includes all hoses, fittings, and hardware required to run on a completely stock fuel system, making this a true bolt-on solution. Customers also have the option to select the inline fuel filter hose to integrate seamlessly with our popular NRW inline fuel filter system for a complete under-hood fueling upgrade.

We also offer the Radium fuel pressure gauge as an optional add-on, though any standard 1/8" NPT gauge or sensor may be used.

Note: Appropriate thread sealant must be used on all NPT fittings.
