This Z4 M track build received a couple of new additions to the cockpit that should help it do more track day things. Inside, we installed Sparco's QRT-R Competition Seat.
The QRT-R was the first seat to feature Sparco’s patented QRT ultra-light technology. The QRT-R is the lightest “large” size fiberglass seat on the market. It is lighter than some of the competitors “medium” size seats. The QRT-R was specifically designed for a large driver and it fits a 36” waist driver comfortably. The QRT-R is unique because it was designed to fit a larger driver but has excellent fitment into smaller cockpits The QRT-R requires the special QRT-R Side mounts (#600QRT) which allows the seat to be racked back for a comfortable seating position. The QRT-R is FIA approved.
To help the driver stay secure and locked-in, we also installed Sparco's 4-Point Pull-Up Harness with Steel Adjuster. The seat itself is secured to the floor of the cockpit with a Macht Schnell Clubsport Seat Mount.
At the driver's fingertips is the Sparco R 375 Competition Steering Wheel. 350mm and suede covered, this wheel is designed to improve grip and comfort for driving precision. Designed to satisfy every driving situation from street to track.
